ILCA keeps members informed of the latest happenings in the field of
lactation consulting through the eGlobe electronic newsletter, “Journal
of Human Lactation,” listserv message alerts, website announcements,
discussion boards, annual and regional conferences, Independent Study
Modules for CERP credit, and much more. The Members Only section of the
ILCA website hosts a Career Mart, downloadable Power Point presentations,
online publications, and other tools to assist you in your work. As an
ILCA member and an IBCLC you also have the option of being listed in our
online referral directory, “Find a Lactation Consultant,”
where new mothers go when they need help.
